"I opened a new policy appx 6 mths ago with State Farm and have a lien on my vehicle and need full coverage but somehow only ended up with liability which my car company informed me of the error. When I brought this to State Farm’s attention, they were only worried that it was through no fault of there’s and was my fault.. at which time I said let’s agree to disagree but I need to fix the problem and still they wanted to go on again it was no fault of there’s. Long story short they were rude and dismissive and I switched insurance company’s which ended up being a blessing in disguise because I got a much cheaper rate and that’s with full coverage."
